Shipping info
All DRS racks are shipped using UPS, whether that’s Northern America ground shipping, or international air shipping.
We are not responsible for fees incurred at the time of international shipping (including shipping to the UK, Europe, Canada, and everywhere else other than the U.S.A.).
We are not responsible for increased shipping times around the holidays or due to international shipping. We do our best to get our DRS Racks shipped out in a timely manner, but once UPS has possession of your package, there’s nothing we can do to speed up the process.
If your package is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at info@drsracks.com, or call us at +1 (916) 538-1425, Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 3 P.M., PST, so we can take the appropriate steps to resolve the situation.
